When we slow down and make something with our hands, we stop thinking about what's next and become fully present in what we're creating.
That shift is why I do this.
Research shows that hands-on creative experiences can reduce stress, improve focus, encourage creative thinking, and strengthen connection. I've simply had the privilege of watching it happen, one workshop at a time.
